These Terms govern access to and use of the cyberisk.com.br corporate website, operated by Cyberisk Tecnologia (Brazilian company ID 68.687.633/0001-53), the company behind the Cyberisk Core platform. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Use of the Cyberisk Core platform is governed by the Terms of Use published on the platform itself and by the applicable contract.
2. Informational and illustrative content
The website provides general information about Cyberisk Core. Simulations, exposure values, loss curves, counters and the maturity assessment are illustrative: they do not represent client data, are not legal, regulatory or security advice, and do not guarantee results.
Decisions made based on this information are the sole responsibility of whoever makes them.
3. Pricing and commercial terms
Published prices and plans are references and may change without notice. Commercial terms, service levels (SLA) and contracted features are set out in the proposal and the contract, which prevail over the website.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to: (a) use the website only for legitimate purposes; (b) provide truthful information in the contact form; (c) not interfere with, overload or compromise the website or its security, including through automated submissions; and (d) not scrape the website for commercial purposes or test its security without formal authorization.

5. Intellectual property
The website, its code, design, text, images, trademarks and materials belong to Cyberisk Tecnologia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. No rights are transferred by using the website.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Curitiba, State of Paraná, are elected as the venue.
